We are very pleased with our solar project that was done by ZUNA SOLAR. Being that we are older and retired, we financially did not think going solar was feasible for us. We are grateful that we were able to go solar with back up power for no out-of-pocket cost. Through their program, our utility bills have significantly decreased to where we are saving great money every month. In addition, we now have backup power during a power outage because we also got a solar battery with our panels, which gives us great peace of mind in our older years. It was a pleasure working with Dallin and Cass and the entire ZUNA team, highly recommend.

We decided to go with Zuna because of the excellent reputation and BBA. As a result , we were met with excellent customer service from our sales staff. We had 2 meetings and even had breakfast for the second one my wife made. Once we figured out a rough estimatimation, the installation process didn't take long at all. It may feel a little overwhelming going through the paperwork, but it really wasn't that bad. There was always somebody from the installation team and sales team, and heck, the owner himself was communicating with me to let me know what forms needed to be completed and what was next.
The installation company standard showed up and put the panels on the roof of my house within a matter of hours. Everything was done. There was no mass they even found. The exact color of paint to match where they had to do the installation of a breaker box next to my power box very top-notch. After installation was complete, the only thing that was needed was an inspection from the county.They came out and everything was approved on the first go around which indicated to me that they know what they're doing because our building inspectors are really picky.

After that I just sat and watched my daily intake of power through the summer with very satisfying results. I didn't have a $0 bill, but I did See a significant decrease during the most harsh weather conditions this year, compared to last year.
I've had my panels installed for just about a year now and waited to do this review to give an accurate picture of my experience with Zuna. Having said that, I would recommend the service to anybody who's interested in supplementing their power needs and reducing their carbon footprint. Oddly enough. I was out working in the garage and the owner and our sales person. Stop by just to Check-in. That kind of customer service is what I think separates Zuna from other competitors. The personal touch of having access to the owner of the business says a lot about their integrity and professionalism.

We recently got our solar system installed through ZUNA SOLAR. We are extremely happy with everything. They initially knocked on our door and we were very skeptical. I've always been interested in solar, just didn't know how it all worked. Dallin and Cass were very professional, polite, and thorough in making sure we knew and understood everything.
