We just had one of the best presentations. These three young men Adrian, Luis, and Carlos were extremely polite and completely knowledgeable about their products. I have never experienced such courteous customer service in all of my 40 years. I wish every customer service experience could be as pleasant. I would definitely recommend their products.

Just want to thank Hugo and Luis for doing an awesome presentation regarding the solar system. Both young man outdid themselves by giving my husband and I thorough explanations to every question we had. These young man are exceptional and very presentable. I truly admire their patience but most of all their passion for their job. I highly recommend Zero Energy Laredo & RGV!!! Really bad experience with these guys. Dont get them. They are the worst. Especially with the customer service. Got my panels installed in December 2022. The process started in about June. 6 months to install the panels. After about 3 months, I never noticed a change in my light bill. Contacted them and was told to give it a yr so I can see some changes. I was like ok fine. Recently, I decided to look for a cheaper power company to lower my light. My friends works for a power company, and she sees my bill and lets me know that I'm not getting credited for the power my solar panels are produced. I called my service company, and they told me they don't work with solar panels. That I need to look for a company that's works with solar panels. Not all power companies work with solar panels. I was never advised this by anyone from Zero/Erus energy about this. I contacted them and the customer service guy ("Luis" with a foreign accent. Not hispanic) tells me that it wasn't their problem that nobody told me and that there is nothing they can do for me. I guess I was supposed to magically know that! So for about a year, I have been paying for a full light bill, and I won't get reimbursed for a mistake THEY made!!! Really regret getting the panels with these guys. Not to be trusted. I also have a business and would never treat my customers like this. Also, all the good reviews are just from the presentation, and all the bad reviews are from the service provided. Just a heads up to people who are trying to get solar panels with them. Go with someone else!!!!!!!

Do NOT sign a deal with these guys. They'll give you a good presentation but after you sign it's very difficult to get a hold of these guys. They took a very long time to complete projects and I still have an uncompleted project after signing 1 year ago! Communication between client and seller is very poor. Find another installer.

Presenters Adrian Luna and Carlos Reyna were very courteous and informative. They explained everything very well. They provided a plan to acomodate the system to fit my needs and I was very satisfied with the proposal. I'm expecting the same excellent service to be completed that I recieved from the water system install.
