Bunch of thieves. Took an ECM to get tested and turned out to be bad(which is correct) they called me and gave me a quote of $7,695, claiming since it’s in a ford truck it’s “harder” for them to do. Asked them to email me a quote, when I received the quote it came back as $5,695 saying “oh I think we must of made a typo” claiming it’s $1,500 in labor since the “ECM was wiped out” and was extra work. Took the ECM to Yancey Truck Centers in Jefferson they got me up and running and out the door for $4,520.25. Keep away from this place, everyone in this place seems to have an attitude working there.

Very poor service! Customer service sucks! Lack of communication! Branch Manager Eric Sanders had the worse customer service ever to be someone in management.They have unskilled technicians, they had my truck over 2 months and still didn’t fix it! I had to relocate my truck to another shop after not being properly diagnosed. I’ve spent too much money with them and has lost too much money for this unacceptable unsatisfactory service!!!

I’m starting to concur with the last guy that said he went for one thing and they then found something to charge him for. I went in because of noise in the rear end of my RV. They told me it was my air bags clasped. Checked them out for 2200, called me after they said they drove it and the noise was still there. Ok now they tell me it’s the rear end. I took it in because of noise in the rear end. He called me and said my repair cost came to 6600. Went from 2400 to 6600 then back down to 5400 what is up with Yancey.

Took my 06 T200 there for oil sensor and exhaust work. Originally quoted 1100. Then get a call saying that I have a fuel leak and I need a radiator (mind you never saw any coolant on the ground) Declined the radiator which would have cost me another 3 grand.
Basically, they charged me 1700 dollars to hunt down issues that weren't my chief complaints when I dropped off the truck. Their only response to me was"Give us the opportunity to do the radiator at a reduced rate" Thanks but no thanks. I prefer to have a gun stuck in my face when I get robbed. At least then everyone knows up front what's going on.

Very poor service. Very disappointed in the professionalism that I received at the location on Moreland Ave. Atlanta Ga. Practices that that I ecpierned at this location. We're below industry expectations .
