Took my 7 year old in for a severely infected finger from a hang nail. The ladies that helped us,Amy and Whitney , were so awesome. My daughter responded so well to them . So thankful for their patience and being able to take care of everyone right there. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The staff at Xpress are fantastic. They were all so friendly and caring. Dr. Amy Harrell is amazing! We so appreciated her attention to detail and gentleness with our little one. We would definitely recommend this business over and over again!

I originally posted a one-star review due to an issue I had over a drug screen I did at this location. The wrong page of the chain of custody form was sent to the lab and did not have a signature. The receiving lab contacted the clinic, who offered to fax their copy (that had a signature), but the lab refused and rejected the specimen. This caused me to have a "missed test" with the board of nursing. However, the girl at the front desk offered to write a letter to the nursing board explaining their copy was signed (the carbon copy I received also had a signature). Not only did the supervisor fax a letter to the committee for the nursing board, she also printed out the signed chain of custody form scanned in from the day I tested. I was able to show that the top sheet & bottom carbon copy of the form was signed - even though the wrong page was sent (maybe the 2nd page carbon didn't work in that section?) and won my "case" (thankfully did not receive any negative consequences for the "missed" drug test). I went the following week to retake the drug screen and everyone was extra nice and very careful to make sure everything was 100% - and they did it for free to make up for the mistake. The head medical assistant/nurse even drove in on her day off and the provider popped her head in to assure me that they would make sure that everything would be correct. I hope they don't go through all that trouble every time I go in. I can't thank everyone here enough. Every single person goes out of their way to be caring while being quick and efficient, ESPECIALLY the sweet girl at the window. Amazing staff!

Brought my daughter in who was really hurting due to ear infection. Had to wait over an hour for a walk in on a normal weekday. She was crying sitting there waiting. Nothing urgent or Xpress about that experience. There was only two appointments ahead of us. Lesson learned is make an appointment. That being said the staff was very friendly and helpful once we were seen, and the technology and check in process was very efficient.

Excellent experience at the Glenpool location. We made an appointment and were in and out within 25 minutes! Fastest experience and the staff was so kind. Will definitely be back. The NP Amy was very kind and helpful. 10/10!!!!

I've been here 3 times and have had a good experience every time. It's worth the 40 minute drive for us and they are open longer hours making it easier on evenings and weekends and they are great with kids. The staff is nice and the wait is not usually that long. The check in process is easy and convenient. I recommend using this location.

My company was acquired by another business and had to go for an employment drug screen.

The lady in the front reception area was very friendly and helpful. The young woman who handled the screning was very professional, competent and pleasant. I was in and out pretty quickly.

Glad the staff is so nice! I accidentally walked off with the keys to their personal belongings lock box when I collected my keys! Hopefully the cherry limeades from Sonic I brought with the keys compensated for the inconvenience.

Facility is clean and efficient. Will be back.

I was visiting Tulsa and visited this non-urgent care. The women in this clinic were all so friendly and kind. They were very supportive and helpful and were very professional. They were each very knowledgable doing their jobs.
It was a great experience and I thought it would be a great place to work!!

Very nice ! Express wellness urgent care of Glenpool everyone there very caring from the moment I walked in I may have been there 15 minutes they took very good care of me! I give a standing alvation to them! I am well pleased.Thank you all!

They have excellent customer service, and we were seen pretty quickly. We even had to come back a few days later for a follow up, and the doctor was great! Dr Burson was very nice highly recommend!
