Great service and easy loyalty program to use and navigate. They really make you feel valued as a customer with give-aways and their rewards program. I've been able to redeem a few gift cards and always enjoy seeing what new promos are available. Glad to be a customer and have always had a good experience with them.

They scam you - do not use. I had electronic billing (for my "convenience" when really it is so they can save money). In July of 2023 I receive a bill that is double my normal amount, with additional late fees tacked on. I check my email, spam, trash, everything - I had not received a bill the previous month. Even though I had received all previous bills, I thought maybe I deleted by accident. I paid the double bill (asking for the late fee to be credited). I also asked to have notices turned on when a bill was ready and due (like every other utility offers). In February 2024, it happened again where I received a disconnection notice, even though I had not received a bill. This time I know it had nothing to do with spam filter or accidental deletion. I can't be responsible for bills I don't receive! And you can't blame this on USPS! I think it is either very poor service on Xoom's part or a straight up scam to get more fees from customers. If you live in Georgia pick any one else for natural gas service.

Just got off the phone with ZOOM Energy Cust Svc. More billing problems. BUT they do not send a bill. I got a REMINDER today, but no DUE DATE. I spoke to cust svc for more than one hour and ... got nowhere. Carlos M. could not help me, neither could he forward my call to management.

It seems that ZOOM assigned me two different accounts and is UNABLE to remove the bad one. Carlos said he forwarded a msg to another department, but he's not allowed to tell me which or to whom.

This is the most incompetent company I've ever seen. They seem incapable of solving straigtforward problems.

I ASKED THAT THEY REMOVE LATE FEES AND THAT i'D PAY THE BILL. BUT THYE CAN ONLY REMOVE 1 (ONE) LATE FEE PER YEAR!!!

I've never seen such incompetance. They seem good at adding late fees, etc, but cannot fix a problem that they admit is theirs.

So I will pay them but then I will close my account with XOOM Energy. And I suggest that all who read this review do the same.
