They turned my electricity off for no reason. I never even got the bill. They told me they were going to turn it on the next day after I went through a bunch of bs with them on the phone. Very unplease with this company. Dont waste your time on them

Not a 'dirty fossil fuel plant'. It burned coal when it was built in the 1940s, converted to oil in 1972, then converted again in the 1980s to burn wood waste and municipal garbage, all of which would otherwise be sent to a landfill. If you're going to complain about something, get your facts right.

Very poor customer service. I felt as though they did not care about me as a person when I called with a problem. Also, watch out for extra fees!

They cut down hundreds of trees behind my house and cleaned up NONE of them. Fallen, dead trees everywhere. A huge eye sore and major fire hazard.
