Todd is ALL ABOUT service! I too am in sales (in a different world), and I think Todd & I have a similar approach: Provide world class service. And a sale may or may not follow. Even after the sale, I stopped in because I left something there. Todd (and Lee, the Receptionist, equally excellent) were still in friendly service mode. Example: my car had a low tire. But even though the shop was closed, Todd went out of his way to open the door and bring an air hose to fill my tire! Awesome fellow. Dont let him get away!

First time me financing a motorcycle I chose wood powersports and Harrison to do this. At first I was getting good services and then once I purchased the bike that's when things started going south. The agent that I dealt with didn't keep his promise on making sure the tank of the bike was completely full and I got probably less than 45 miles away from the Harrison location I run out of gas. They did make things right on that by honoring a request that I had made but the fact remains that I was told that the bike was gas and ready to go well maybe ready to go but it was not gassed up. This was in late of 2023. A year later I go back to the same place to have a rear tire installed and the service department told me to be there at a certain time and it would take about an hour and a half to get my rear tire installed. I showed up early and low and behold he did not get me in at the specified time and was almost 50 minutes after I had arrived. He had taken two people that wasn't there and when I acquired about it he said it was going to be at least 45 minutes to an hour wait before he was able to get to my bike because he was short-handed. But yet he took two people in front of me. I will no longer do business with this place regardless and what I need. I will drive to Conway or Springdale or Little Rock or even Russellville to get the things that I need for my motorcycle.

Nice folks in the parts dept....ordered a rear tire and paid an extra 60 bucks to get it from them....its business and does take all departments to be profitable for success.....totally understand that.
Set an appt with service to have it installed. Show up a little early for my 9am appointment. 3 hours later I'm ready to go...over 100 bucks for the install...so much for that discount coming since i bought the tire there...why do we have to be lied to daily during business transactions?
I leave and have no rear brakes... bring it back and they Actully ask me....are you sure it wasn't like that?
I bought it new and put all 12,500 miles on it....with Perfect brakes....wow I still can't believe that question.
After almost another hour I get my bike and didn't complain about my scratched swing arm from them prying a bar on it....
Not even hey...sorry we couldn't even change a damn tire in 4 hours and still gonna charge you almost 120.00 plus 260 for the Pilot 2...
Service guy lied and said they were the only place in town for tire installs...
The little Yamaha shop on the north side of town would be happy to order and install your cycle tires.
I usually don't give bad reviews but it feels good sharing the truth..
Typical Greedy disrespectful Car Dealer Crap....
