Alan and his team were wonderful! They removed the old unit installed a new one, he taught us how to program the thermostat and answered all our questions regarding the Lenox unit. More important than that, Alan was knowledgeable, personable, helpful kind, and his team left the area clean. He went above and beyond in resolving an issue we had with a return vent, and made sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Wolfgang’s Heating Cooling and plumbing.

We have been customers of Wolfgang for several years now, and have been very happy. Emilio, did our last service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain the repairs which needed to be performed in terms which we were able to understand. He gave us options for the repairs (15 year old machine). Which was extremely helpful. We will continue as a customer largely due to Emilio.

Emilio was amazing. He was very polite, knowledgeable and talked to us about every step. He is also a fellow dog person and was very kind to our crated dogs so we will be requesting him for our future AC repair needs.

Craig, Pedro and Dom are a very friendly, professional and efficient team. My vents were painted over and they did a meticulous job of removing them without removing the wall paint. Great job right up to the meticulous cleanup. Very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again.

After meeting half a dozen hvac contractors my head was spinning from the large differences in quoted costs and how each companies service and product was the best. Wolfgang was the last one I contacted and like only one other contractor I met with, Eric delivered a straightforward and honest quote. Difference was he quoted me a better cost on a new split unit and on a better brand with more features. Install happening soon.
