Set up services last week, bin was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, no bin delivered. Called today and was told we should have the bin by the 19th…. Account will still be charged but I can call back once the bin is delivered and get credited to my account since they can’t pick up my trash yet due to lack of bin… service was supposed to start today. We will be canceling and using another service provider.

Awful company, please do not use. They do not show up and you can never get anyone on the phone when you need help.
Still have not received a trash container, been waiting almost a month and about to be charged again for service I never received.
You are charged additionally to end service.

I have been waiting 4-5 weeks for my commercial trash bin to get dumped and all i am being told is that they hage nobody to run my route yet while still charging me

Driver dumps can in middle of driveway. Sometimes ao bad I have to get out of vehicle and move can so I can pull in. Have contacted waste management about it. Still a problem.

WM does not provide ANY information on their website about Two Pine Landfill. We had to get open times from Google maps. They also don't provide their fees anywhere, but we assumed it would be fairly reasonable. It was not reasonable, they wanted to charge us $155 for a load that fit in the back of a small pickup truck. The lady in the office was also rude. This was not a good experience and we chose to drive an extra half hour to the Little Rock landfill on Ironton instead of paying their exorbitant fees and dealing with rude people.

Called them asking if they take yard debris. Had to call twice before they picked up. Lady that answered says "no". Conflicts with WM's website. 2 pines is supposed to take this type of material. I guess this site just doesn't WANT to do business? Didn't argue with her.

The pickup consistently is missed. Multiple times in the year WM is a no show. The supervisor will always promise to be there tomorrow. Doesn’t happen 75% of the time. Really poor performance. If you have a choice, pick another company
