I have been very very disappointed with WM over the past 2-3 months. We had some street work being done and WM used this as an excuse to not bother with picking up our trash. The mail went through, UPS, FedEx and Amazon made deliveries but the WM driver couldn't bother himself to get our trash.

To top it all off, after I complained with the local dispatcher, I was promised that "all of the trash will be picked up on our next round." Guess what? They picked up the dumpster and ONE of the TWO boxes siting curbside. And of course, there is no way to talk to a live person when this happens. If you are lucky, they may call you but there's no local number listed for them.

The second week you missed my trash. I had to call on three different occasions to get it picked up 3 days later. It was very difficult to find a number to call and then navigate the phone system to talk to someone.

WM use to be a reputable company with great pricing and service. Missed pickups/no correspondence. Their service is spotty and have eliminated services in my neighborhood, although being charged for them. No notice of changes or corrected billing. Bad business practices and time for change

I called the office a couple months ago about a trash container left in my drive. I was told that it probably belonged to another resident and that I should check with the neighbors. I don't think it is my responsibility to check with neighbors. The container is now taking up space in my garage I would appreciate if someone would pick it up. I did leave it outside for a couple weeks but your team did not pick it up nor did anyone in the neighborhood claim it. I didn't continue to leave it out as it has now become my responsibility.

WM missed my pickup last Friday. However. I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood on pick up day. A WM truck broke down in the south end of Findlay Friday. I notice their trucks look like they are old and used up. Starting to look like a shabby operation. May be time to find a more reliable company.

We are very satisfied with the trash pickup service that WM provides. They are always on time and our bin is always completely emptied & placed back in our driveway. We appreciate receiving texts when our service date gets changed due to a holiday. We get excellent service for our monthly charge. Keep up the good work. Greg

Your Customer Service Line makes me want to off myself. Stop with the AI and just connect me to a representative. I pay you well enough EVERY MONTH to talk to an actual person, pay them the way I pay you.

My service with waste management is excellent. They arrive around the same time every week. My only concern is that my bill remains the same or lower as I generally have only 1 bag in my bin. Other than that I am a completley satisfied customer.
