great service. great communication about holidays and such affecting service. Wish they would be more gentle with the bins...one was totally destroyed and the other has a cracked lid cuz they whip those bins around. but its easy to get replacements, too, so no major complaints here! (would like some competition to try to bring the price down, tho)

Only problem I had was they didn't pick up my trash one day, due to it being on it side cause of the winds. I am disabled and couldn't go pick it up myself. Otherwise usually no complaints.

Pick up is pretty dependable, however, I do have a couple of issues.
One I wish we would get a text on the days when pick up is moved. As of now I have to go on the web and look around to find out if my trash is going to be picked up or not.

Also, whoever is picking up our regular trash the black can is always dropped right behind our vehicles. Even though we place the can to the side of our driveway.

17 March my garbage wasn't collected. My neighbors on either side did have their garbage collected. I called WM and their Customer Service stated that the garbage would be collected, at the latest, by COB 18 March. I returned home this afternoon, and my garbage had not been collected. I called Customer Service again, and after telling them that my garbage hadn't been collected (they tried to say it had been), they stated that it would be collected with 24 hours (19 March). I requested to have the branch manager give me a call. That never happened. WM is a monopoly, so they can get away with non-existent customer service.

WM has been servicing promptly after I took residence here in Rio Rancho and I appreciate your service. I found that my weekly pick up container was extremely dirty and has a severe crack on container lid. This attracts a lot of flies, mice and moisture from wet weather. I need reparation as a consumer, I would appreciate a trash container in good condition. Thank you for your service to our community.

Honestly, have never been happy with most things associated with WM. But, recently all my dealings and issues have been handled quite well, no drama and quickly. My recycle bin was beyond repair and they replaced it without a hassle or issue. Pick ups have been on time and without issue. Other than personnel at the dump having bad days everytime I go, the process is quite painless. WM seems to have really stepped up their customer service and the cost has remained reasonable which is more than I can say about other utilities in the area.

Took 8 days to get my trash can replaced after the truck driver accidently slipped the can from the grip into his truck. Also I think the driver could have climbed up and pulled the can out as it was sitting on top, but when I called, they told me it was too dangerous for him to do that, and it was a safety concern. They informed me that it would usually only take a day or two for me to get a replacement can. After 5 days still no new can I was told that if my can did not arrive in time I could put up to 6 bags on the street and they would pick it up (By Request and approval only) The driver used my neighbors can to load the bags when he came early in the morning. . I was confused because I did not see the entire scenario. I was not sure if it was my new can or if it was the neighbors can. At first I thought it was mine and I took it in, then after thinking about it for a while I realized that it was my neighbors can and I put it back on the street. My new can arrived the next day.

If there was another trash service I would definitely use them instead of WM. Been in my house 2 years and my trash and recycling has not been picked up on several occasions. I call to request for pick up but they NEVER do! Must be nice to not work and still get paid...
