WM has gotten alot better since we first used them a few years back. Pickups are on time and consistent. Customer service has been helpful although I don't call often. Keep up the good work.

The actual rental of the extra can was fine but when I tried to arrange for pickup, it was TERRIBLE! I had a huge issue getting a specific date for pickup & the rep expected me to leave it out at the curb for almost a week. This was unacceptable since I could potentially make me subject to penalties. The rep either didn't understand or she just didn't care! I had to speak with a supervisor to get a certain day.

Absolutely horrible service. Missed pickups and they won’t say a thing to you. I have work through their “chat” because you can’t talk to a real person. They say they’ll pick up double the next week. How the F am I going to put extra bags out for the automated truck ? I want a refund for pickup you missed, that’s outright wrong that they won’t give a refund. I’m switching to United disposal out of Paulden and so are many of my neighbors. At least they have real people to talk to, service honestly can’t be much worse, and United is cheaper.

Easy to set up service. When I didn't rec. my trash can I called and the issue was resolved and my trash can was delivered the next morning. Professional and friendly customer service.

The absolute, most disrespectful, discourteous waste disposal company in existence. DO NOT drive near them, they will attempt to run you off the road. DO NOT even park near their dumpsters because they will blare their horn until they get their way. DO NOT have them as a company. The past year has shown they do not care with the astronomical amount of complaints and disregard for anyone else. They should just bury their company in the landfill and leave it there.

They took over Patriot Disposal and their service has been horrible. Their equipment broke the cans in our neighborhood, their driver was rude when a neighbor complained. They crushed the can in the middle so the bottom half of the contents would not dump.

My wife spent several hours on the phone on hold Friday August 23 to cancel our service. Finally spoke with someone and the can they were supposed to pick up is still at the end of our driveway. They do not return calls as promised and have extremely poor/non-existant customer service.

Hyway 169 that goes to the Grey Wolf landfill is covered with trash. Waste Management manages that as well. There is about 15 miles of evidence of how they do business.

On time, good communication when there is a service delay, pay attention when my bins need to be replaced. Support WM effort in responsible disposal and recycling worldwide.

We have had WM trash for 7 years (and recycling collection for 5 years) a couple years ago they ended our re-cycling pickup. WM states they are environmentally conscious. Our area has grown so much over the past couple years, we need re-cycling back.
