I wish it was better. Not very optimally organized process at actual dumping site. Always long line of trucks. Also short good road and long dirt roads that kill your truck’s suspension. Takes a long time to make a drop.

Ran by a bunch of unprofessional know-it-alls. 4 lanes available with only 1.5 lines with customers. All employees want to hang out and talk to one another instead of guiding people where to go. There was one line with 10 trucks and another line with two trucks with four lanes wide open. Enjoyed a line of customers to get weight, then you have a long line to dump your load, then you have a long line to pay. They changed how this place was ran three months ago for the worse by far! So sad, I felt like dumping my trash in their parking lot, and going home, but my luck, the one good employee would be the one tasked to clean it all up and I didn’t want that.

Terrible customer service! More than once have we arrived before 6 PM, was already at the weigh station, and was still denied entry. The attendant was rude, dismissive, and made an unnecessary comment about coming back Monday—completely ignoring the fact that I was there on time and couldn’t return. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she just turned around and walked away. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

If you have other disposal options, I’d recommend avoiding this place!

WM is an excellent company to do business with. For a company that has no competition for my residential service I am fully imressed with all aspects of my interactions with the company and the service I receive. I have lived all over this great country of ours and I have to say that WM is the best waste service provider of them all.

Yall need better drivers, Trash truck tried to tell me to move out the way, when he had enough room to get through. He had about a cars worth of space, yet he wanted me to move my truck. How much space you need?

Won’t answer the phone.
Tried for 3 weeks to call and cancel trash bin service
but they just kept Transferring me over and over.
Had my wife try for a week.
She tried every phone number we could find and even
The chat but no one would help cancel service.
So if you move you are screwed.

Showed up at 5:55pm and no problems. Front gate guy was super nice and provided safety vests. Got weighed coming in and weighed out since we did t know our empty weight. Overall great experience. It’s a crazy big dump site.
