Waste management has broken my trashcan 3 times. They are extremely difficult to contact and force you to use the app which is limited. Driver drove off twice leaving parts and pieces laying in the street which someone could have hit. First can replacement never showed up. They are consistent and otherwise the service is good but their rates are constantly increasing.

This company only bills in quarterly cycles, I forgot to end my services for when I moved and now I’m being billed for 90 days of service at an address that in no longer live at.

I have been notified by email as to the holiday schedule, which was 1 day after my usual pickup. I had my trash unit at the street. Not only did they not pick it up on that day but it was not picked up until my next usual day, Thursday, even after being notified that it was not picked up. I was assured each day it would be picked up that day, but it did not happen. This also happened about two months ago when they just missed picking up my trash. It was not a holiday. They just drove passed my can which was at the street. I have never had this happen in all my years with this service, but it has happened twice now.

Service was great. 2weeks before the snow only one of my cans was empty. But driver marked both cans was picked up. It was not It was only one. Next week both cans was picked up but, only because I was standing at my front door. I completely understand my trash not being picked up during all the snow and ice. But I've paid for half a pick up and a no service week. I would still prefer this company over the other companies in my neighborhood

Garbage cans are falling apart, can't schedule bulky item pickup, and with the exception of 1-2 drivers, if something falls off or out of the can while being lifted up by the machine, they leave it behind. This is not to mention the exorbitant price we pay for the service.

My review is for the landfill. I'll start by saying the women at the window are 5 stars! They are always friendly and helpful. My 1 star review and complaint is about the hours and condition of the road when exiting. The hours do not allow for a normal working person to ever have good access to the landfill. Most times my trailer has to sit loaded for a whole week so I can make it the following Saturday before 10am. It needs to be open to the public until 5pm during the week and much later than 10am on the weekends. The other complaint is my vehicle is almost unable to pass when leaving due to the size of the holes now in the asphalt. There is one large area that will wreck the bottom of almost any vehicle other than a taller truck. Not sure if money from my property taxes pay for this place, but if they do then I should be able to actually use it. I have never lived in a county with such an inconvenient landfill.

After WM took over TN trash, we stuck with them and they honored the rate for 1 year. Without notice, they raised their rates every billing period four times in a row. Communication of the rate change wouldn't have made me as upset (inflation hits everyone). Their online portal had issues in the beginning but has gotten better. Also, our trash can was reported that they could not pick up as it was missing. Our neighbor recorded them taking our trash can. We called and they said "the wind could have taken it." They returned it within 2 days (still don't know why it was taken in the first place). I never thought I would have an issue with someone taking trash but they proved me wrong. Waiting to see if service gets any better.

Pretty good and reliable residential service. Customer service is extremely poor. Tried to resolve online, epic fail. On hold for 58 min to be disconnected. On hold 17 minutes to be transferred and then disconnected. Sent text and email was promised a response within 24 hours. Nothing.
