Service dependable, arrives weekly within an unofficial window of time. Neat and clean emptying. Never have to pick up afterwards. Reasonable care taken for my property. If I am ill or out of town, they check the bins even if they are not on the street. Excellent service, attitudes, and value.

I have attempted 3 times to report that our driver keeps leaving our bins unlocked .. then strangers dump trash and we get nastygram from WM. There is no way on the website to navigate past their AI to actually report to a person .. could not find an email address nor a link for a phone # and it's aggravating!

Mortality my experience with customer service is always very good. However, in the past few days since Thursday February 13 to Tuesday February 18,2025, I received two conflicting instructions for me to do regarding my request for a bag pick up. The first Two times I was told to leave the bag next to the can on Friday was my trash day. Friday came and can was emptied it bag was not picked up. I called I was told they would come back. I called on Saturday and I was told we’re going to pick up by 6 pm pacific time. No pick up.Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday bag was still there along with side of the can. I called on Tuesday and was told that cane and the bag was not there. That was true. Then I was told to put the bag in the can. I explained to the agent that the bag a larvae bag. I was told your extra bag had to be the size of your garbage can. If I had known this from the beginning I wouldn’t have called. I asked for the $9 charge removed off my account.

The services can be up and down in review since it is different at times. But, to this moment, it is good to my viewpoint. Note that I have got the letter complaining me wrong about my bin. I submitted a few photos last week to show, once again, some people put trash into my bin. I sent the email with the photos to customer services of WM. I have not heard back.

I ordered bulk pick up for my house, and no one showed up on the day that they were supposed to come. I called twice that day, which is Wednesday the 19th. I called Thursday twice. I called today which is Friday the 21st three times. Each time I was assured that someone would come to do the pick up. They have not come. They have not responded to my request. I do not wanna leave my things out over the weekend, which is what I’m going to have to do because other people come and put their garbage on top of my bulk and I do not want to recharged extra for it. I’m very upset with waste management.

Garbage is picked up on time for the most part. I've had a day or two of missed pick-up. I think the charges for services have gotten a bit high. I feel seniors with little garbage should receive reduced rates. GOD BLESS

Last Wednesday I went to bring my garbage bends into the yard and the trash bend was missing. I contacted Waste Management and was told that it fell into the truck. Why didn't the truck driver leave me a note letting me know this? Now I'm being told it will be a week before it is replaced and that I can put my trash out in bags to be picked up. Where do I keep it until then, and there are raccoons, skunks, possums, and cats in this area. If an animal rips the bag open who is going to clean it up?

My WM account has disabled status and I keep my cans inside an UNLOCKED lattice closet on my driveway. To many times the drivers skip collection if my cans are not in plain sight. Why can’t they collect from the closet and I shouldn’t have to call them to come back. this is not rocket svience. bad service
