Wireless Links has been great to work with for over 10 years. Their Piccolo hardware is tough and reliable. When we have needed additional reporting or features, they have provided software updates in reasonable time for reasonable cost on schedule - something I can't say for many software vendors. The support team is friendly, cheerful, and helpful, whether it be via email or phone, simple or complex. I am not sure what some of these other reviewers are talking about. As a company with many unique needs due to size and market segment, we have been pleased to work with WLI to solve many problems which would have been more challenging to work through with other competing products. Their systems have helped us identify theft, prevent misuse of equipment, detect fuel waste, locate trucks near an address/time, provide accurate cargo location to clients, and streamline our IFTA reporting, among other things. I highly recommend considering their products and services for your company.

ELD BAD EXPERIENCE: I sell a truck and erased it from my dashboard... when I have to submit my IFTA TAX REPORT for first quarter of 2021, SORPRISE!!!... the MILES DATA of the truck I erased was erased too!!!
So, I call them for help, and they DO NOT KEEP RECORDS on their SERVER. They know that we have to report that miles, no matter if we keep the truck or not, miles were made, and need to be report on IFTA TAX REPORT... so what is the point? Have WE need to keep a logbook too?
