Welcome to HELL, my advice don't let them win don't go off on anybody that'll only make them happier do whatever it takes keep your cool and then get the hell out of here save this place to never come back, this location and their other location which is about 7 miles from here in Denver, stay away from both! After they unload you they will instruct you to park and wait at a staging area in the staging area there will be many trucks waiting to receive the text message from the lumper company Capstone this place is horrible and the horrible reviews go back many years.

Don’t deliver here Forklift guys are union so they don’t care how long it takes to get you out of here I’ve been here since 2:30 APT at 3PM it’s now 8PM and all I’m waiting on is my paperwork I’ve been waiting for Paperwork since 6PM absolutely ridiculous now I’m going to be late for my next pick up but hey why would they care right… not like we make our money driving but instead get to sit all day doing nothing

The most finished facilitators, they unload me for 30 minutes here, we wait 3 hours for one piece of paper that he needs to sign, and that's all 3 hours. You're welcome. I'm waiting here.

One of the worst place to deliver a load. Took me 2:25 hours to get unloaded and 4 hours to get my paperwork. 6:25 hours in total. Not respect for driver.

Arrived at 0930 for 1000 appointment. Door immediately. Unloaded at 1105. Paperwork at 1435. People are friendly.

Worst receiver organization in the country!!!
If you come 3 h early night time, they don't allow you to park at they facility with plenty of spaces. And No parking outside nearby the same facility.
