I bought a pair pf $200.00 dollar boots for my friend for christmas. The boots have never been worn. Plus I spent another $500.00 on other purchases. The boots were too small so we brought them back to trade for exact same type and price which they had, and he refused to exchange them. He said they looked like they were oiled. They havn't been removed from the shoe box except to try them on. Come to find out he did something simular to a friend except with a pair of pants. What's worse is right on the counter that if you need to exchanges are no problem.

This place recently got 100% better because of a new person working at Willits Power in Fort Bragg. This store stocks some good tree climbing gear and good saws.
