Come in to buy a vape like always. Pull it out, turn it on to test it, it’s dead. The brand I get normally isn’t, but I don’t think much of it, they usually sell me good stuff, and I head on out. I get home 5 mins later, put it on charge, and it’s green like it’s full charge, but it doesn’t hit. So I head back to the store, thinking I’ll get a refund because there was no way to test it at the store. Instead, much to my surprise, I’m told no , because I left the store and didn’t test it. I was gone maybe 20 minutes total. I’m also a “loyalty” customer. What’s the point of giving people a loyalty discount if you’re just going to screw them on the back end? I can go to any other gas station or vape shop in town and get another one for free, but I can’t here?

Way over priced. Employee (female) acts as if she was doing me a favor. Basically I felt I got riped off on a $64.00 7H vape. I definitely wouldn't be spending any of my money their again. Feb. 14th 2025
