Had a significant water leak in my home. Called my local plumbing company that I've used several times before. Was told someone MIGHT be able to come the following day. When I called Wilber, not only was the receptionist very pleasant, also helpful. Less than 60 minutes later, I had a tech here to address the issue. Turned out to be something simple and had it repaired in 15 minutes. The tech was very knowledgeable, good conversationalist, and quick. Safe to say, I'll be going with this company from now on.

Mike and his team at Wilber Plumbing recently installed all of the plumbing (hot water heater, shower, sink and toilet) from rough out to "done" in our shop... we now that the nicest shop bathroom around! We are so happy not only with the quality of their work, but also with their professionalism, understanding and kindness. Mike worked with us directly and always returned our calls (even if we called after "business" hours) and went out of his way to find some the special utility sink we were looking for. My husband was impressed with the communication and work completed by Josh, and the team was always willing to work with some of our more unique challenges due to weather and the road conditions leading into the shop. Their prices were more than fair and the quality of the work was exceptional. We will definitely work with them as we build our new home and recommend Wilber Plumbing Heating & Air to our friends and family. Well done guys! Thanks again.

Asked Wilber plumbing to repair a furnace in a rental- they made 2 service calls and said the furnace was junk- charged me $300 to do nothing....Wanted $2500 to put in a new furnace- that I could have bought online for $850. I took the furnace apart myself and found 2 burned wires- replaced them and the furnace works fine(cost me less than $5)
When I disputed the charge they would not negotiate and sent me straight to a collection agency who filed a judgement in county court-
This company is dishonest- I was cheated - they’re technicians are incompetent and their charges are unjust

Have had them out to check out my heat and air the technician was very helpful and explained everything very well. They replaced my sewer line in a very fast and timely manner with very little disruption with our house hold. Thanks very much for all your hard work!!!!!

Bad service. Being charged to come over and check out a pipe. They did not fix the problem but you will get charged for it anyway. A bill was $90 just to come out. Owner was unprofessional and had lack of communication between her service guys. Would not recommend to anyone
