I just got my IQ gateway replaced by Westhaver power solar. The technician Jason arrive on time and have my IQ Gateway replace and back online within two hours. He did a great job. I would always recommend this solar company to anybody. And will use this for future maintenance

Westhaven Solar is the best solar company in the Sacramento. From installation to the final inspection the process was smooth. Fast forward 5 years to the present day, and Westhaven sticks by its product. I had some issues with solar production and Westhaven came through for me. I wanna give a shoutout to William and Tracy for taking care of me throughout the process. They kept me informed and immediately scheduled a technician to come and check the system. Daniel the technician was a true professional. He took the time to analyze the system and fix the issue. My cabinets were blocking an outlet and He came up with a brilliant solution. I feel all three went above and beyond. In this day and age it is hard to find such a stand up company with awesome employees. Thank you Westhaven !

Westhaven installed solar and storage at my residence about 3 years ago. The system has worked great since obtaining Peemission to Operate. The service team was very responsive to the minor issue that occurred prior. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Westhaven Power is THE go-to for your whole house power supply with their Generac systems. I've hired them to install their system on three of my homes, and we all love it. When the electricity goes out in our neighborhood, it's so awesome that we still have power! The personnel at the company are such a pleasure to work with as well. They have the best customer service and have helped me so much whenever I had a question, or to have them come back out to provide any annual maintenance.

I am providing a four star only because of the amount of time that it took for my service to be active, mostly r/t the time pg&e took to approve the service and active ( this not necessarily reflecting on Westhaven) so for months I have had to pay both pg&e and solar bills, hopefully something can be done to better compensate clients in this position. Westhaven has otherwise, been very efficient in providing installation and maintenance services, the staff very friendly and helpful. I look forward to determining the effectiveness of solar installation from this point forward and will be happy to update with more information as appropriated. Nwylie.

Got the same EXACT system with Tesla Solar and saved $10,000!!! Extremely over priced! Sales Director admitted in email to me that Teslas cost will “always win”

Having had solar for 12+ years a leak showed up. Westhaven sent tech out to assess and fix. Tech was very knowlegable, friendly and fixed the broken tile that probably had a hairline fracture by installers and over the years it broke the tile and shifted. All this and no charge!!!!! Way to go westhaven, would recommend these guys 4 ur solar needs.
