West memphis utility has some of the worst customer service in wm. I call to get info about my bill and they hung up on me twice. Not to mention my bill going from 250 to 400 this is crazy!

I think this utility company needs assistance with upgrading services. If your lights are off on Friday... there's no way you can pay online or a number to call to pay over the phone for reconnection purposes. You have to wait until Monday at 8:30am to go inside the establishment and pay your bill. Which is ridiculous. I do believe that once this is an option this company will flourish and be able to help their customers more precisely.

If I could give zero I would.This has to be the worst utility company in the world. The staff is rude, the services are too high. I've never seen a company that don't offer a grace period. Or doesn't wave late fees

People complaining about their utility bill, move outside city limits!!! They will triple!!! There are inconveniences, but that's all over our country. It is crazy that we do have to pay our bills and ALL OF THE ILLEGALS are getting paid fatass checks!!! We need to save our USA!!!

Over the phone service is not so good. I've lived here 11 years never had an issue with any of the inside ladies. Online bill pay is awesome, such a great tool. Bills are outrageous, extension are almost non existent, and what is a fuel tax and why does it fluctuate so much? One month it could be $30 next $110. Daughter just moved in her first apartment bill was $440. It's literally 110$ in fuel tax on the bill. Her apartment is literally three rooms.... Living area, bathroom, and bedroom.

My experience is usually good but my bill is crazy. 450.00 to 600 a month. Last month finally got my bill down to 209.00 like it should be. Just look at the one from last month when nothing was on no heat or ac and it over 350.00 again. This is crazy not used it at all and its up again come on its just me and the dog. Someone needs to read these meters and stop the pro rating I have been here since 2005 love WM ULITY but I move on the other side of town and my bills went up triple. I need this fixed. Thanks

The women working in the office where you pay your bills are obviously racists. I took $350 up there to turn my power back on after they shut it off today with my mom living with me with terminal cancer and needing her breathing machines and they wouldn't turn them back on because of a $30 reconnect fee. So we have to pay them $30 to push a button now too. Think I'll contact a lawyer
