I wish I could give 0 star for this company. They do not deserve even 1 star.
Avoid this company at all cost!

A few weeks ago, their sale person named Steven Kim knocked our door for solar panel and we end up signing the contract and paid 10%. They sent us plan for solar panels and we reached out to Oscar Favela (owner of the company) to revise the plan. From the beginning, he was so hard to get hold of. We decided to cancel the contract. When we finally got hold of Oscar, we told him we want to cancel the contract and get our money back. Oscar said he would refund our money.
After a few weeks, Oscar still hasn't refund our money and does not respond to our text or calls. I wish I did not sign contract with this company in the first place. It has been giving us so much headache and stress.
I feel like this company is scammer!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I wish I would’ve done the necessary prior research and not done business with this company. I wish I could cancel everything and avoid the headaches this has caused. They sure know how to talk and when it comes down to it the communication is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE REP URIEL. He promises so much and then starts avoiding all communication calls and text messages. Horrible communication, customer service.
