As a board member of a condo association of over 100 units and spanning 6 acres I am responsible for the irrigation system. Back in December when our well pump went down I called 3 companies. Welchel was the only one who could figure out how to access without damaging the landscape. Travis Welchel and Wayne
arrived with their rig and were able to get their rig in and pull the pump out from 200’ the same day. Since then I called about another problem, a leak in the system. They responded the same day. I can’t say enough about these guys. They know what they’re doing and they get right to work!

Harold and Wayne arrived around 5PM Thursday Feb 10th. Amazing! Harold did alarm service on our septic pump back in 2003! The guys went to work and it was evident that we had an issue with the pump. They hauled out the old pump and built a new system RIGHT ON SITE! They installed the pump and pumped down the tank just enough so Harold could go over every pipe and electrical connection. Both worked hard to clear out the area around the tank top so they could secure the lid with new stainless screws. Harold explained the importance of the filter chamber along with other great info regarding general septic care and the drain field. They cleaned up any debris from the site and were finished in about 1.5hrs. They have my business-fer sure, and I plan on contacting them for their septic pumping people when the time comes. Also, Jennifer in the office was very good when it came to setting up the appointment and invoicing. Great Job to All! Thanks!
