Attention customers who order power poles. Make sure your power pole orders are what you ordered. Got one and it was not right. Ended up having to pay more for it than what was ordered.Should of gotten a discount because it was on you that made the mistake not the customer or fixed your mistake. Also had to wait over a week to get it. This is not the first power pole to be made right that the customer ordered.

Went in to discuss a boat lift motor issue. Rob not only discussed the issue, he made a short trip to the boat dock and gave his recommendation on how to resolve the issue. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend these fine folks!

This place has the best customer service than any hardware store in cherokee county. They all will go completely out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied. I 100% recommend using them fir any plumbing and electrical. They also have a great selection of good tools and great work clothes!

Weiss Electronic & Plumbing Supply has a great selection and very reasonable prices. Better than that, the service is outstanding! I happened to catch Rob at closing. He stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. He is very knowledgeable, and friendly. I'll be shoping here again.

I went in and had an issue I went in told them what all I needed we got the supplies and we told him our problem. He said you should check this before spending so much money. Turns out he was right!!! And he saved me a lot of money and work. Thank you so much!!!
