Me encontré con un problema con una válvula de mezcla de ducha Kohler antigua. La historia es larga, pero en fin, los chicos del mostrador fueron muy útiles, me dieron algunos trucos para intentar resolver el problema. Compré partes adicionales para cubrir todas las posibilidades y pregunté si podía devolverlas si no las usaba. Sí, señora No hay cargo de devolución. Had trouble with a old Kohler shower mixing valve. Long story short, the guys at the counter were so helpful, told me some tricks to try. I bought extra parts to cover all possibilities and asked if I could return them if unused. Yes, ma'am! No restocking fee. Thanks, guys, you were very helpful.
