Every year they scam me out of CE Credits. This year I selected the filter so my credits would count towards my CFP AND state insurance CEs and carefully chose my courses so that I hit both requirements. I just went to renew my state insurance and they show zero credits. I called WebCE and they said that I did not check the 2nd box on the next page that pops up before I pay. I just went back to see what they were talking about and the damn box is tiny and does not even fully show up on the next page. I had to scroll down to find it. There is no way that is not intentional....why would they make it smaller than all of the other text on the page and hide it to where you have to scroll down.

They said there was a fee difference to send it to the 2nd agency. I said that I was happy to pay it but then they said that they can only do that if it has been 30 days or less after taking the course....I had taken them 59 days ago. Apparently, there is a magic portal that only exists for 30 days.

I am hoping to send my certificates to my state so that I get credit otherwise I will have to pay and retake all of my courses again....less than two months after taking them the first time.

I have been using WebCE since 2001. I accidently did all of my credits for the wrong state. My fault. What has me ticked off is WEBce doesn't are and wants me to pay for a whole new package. As if spending another 3 days isn't enough - they KNOW the package I purchased was the wrong one AND they won't make it right (i.e. refund the wrong one, charge me for the right one).

Have been using them for years. Will never use them again! They allowed me to complete unacceptable courses because they didn't know what New requirements were for my state. Only found out a week before my License expired. I had to scramble to take 13 more hours in a few days. They were unaware of the new requirements until I told them. Use Cape School for your CE!

I would give them a zero, There is no change to resume and take again. I passed courses and the exam was ridiculous! Do Not use this plat form! I am an agent of 8 years and it was tedious and repetitive and the questions were down to two likely answers on a test that is stressful and long.

Will never use again. Have used in past but this time Tennessee funeral board didnt accept the hours. Be aware , and stay away from this company

It is a shame how CE courses don't cost more to deliver, yet the costs are misleading and exorbitant, I am left feeling like it is daylight robbery!
