Purchased a refurbished chainsaw and got home it wouldn't start pulled cover and found it was missing air filter and spark plug had what looked like dried red silicone crammed in it. After cleaning plug and adjusting carb where it would run I call about getting it repaired. They refused since I adj the carb and wouldn't even wanted to charge me for the airfilter That they left out.

Exceptional customer service! I recently purchased a gas grill for my husband's birthday. When it arrived, I was not satisfied with it and the manager was extremely accommodating and went to great lengths to see that my concerns were addressed. I am happy with how quickly they responded and am now thrilled with the grill.

It's obviously run by children that are still in middle school or just got into high school there's one employee there that knows his way around and is willing to help at all expenses and his name is Jeff that's about the best I can say about this place

Great folks here. Bought new Weber Summit charcoal smoker-grill here. Drove 65 miles to pick it up. They were one of only two stores in North Alabama who had one.
Super courteous, both on the phone, and in the store. Very pleasant purchasing process.
I wouldn't hesitate to drive this distance again to do business with these folks.

I would suggest, though, that if you are buying a grill here, you buy it in the box and assemble it yourself. It appears to be above the head of the assembly team at this particular ACE. I had to almost completely disassemble mine, order several parts from Weber (outstanding customer service there, by the way), and reassemble it. So, I had to assemble it myself, anyway.

That said, if you don't need a grill assembled, these are great folks to deal with.
