The HERS rater who visited the job site did not file the report and check important information. The report was written and signed by someone who never visited the site with several points of technical information incorrect. After a phone call, we were contacted immediately by management, who apologized and who sent out another technician. It is not clear if the contractor or the HERS rate provided the incorrect data. This review is an average of the first at one star and the second at 5 Stars. Everyone at the company seems very nice and helpful. People do make mistakes and they corrected theirs I applaud them for correcting their errors and dealing with them honorably.

If you have to choose a HERS company to work with you should choose WeGreen. Their staff if professional always attentive and helpful. Not only do they do the title 24 testing they pull permits and they mail them out to our customers. I called Eric oversees the permit department. I called him late one evening because I need a permit pulled for an install the next day. He answered like he always does, he tells me he is at the hospital with his wife who was in labor at the time. That just shows me that i can call and always get a hold on someone when I need their assistance. This is just one of the many reasons that I've been using WeGreen for 4 years now and will continue to use them.

My new replacement HVAC system was installed on a Friday by Anderson Plumbing. By the immediate Tuesday Jeremy, from WeGreen, came and did a smooth HERS test on the system. He worked quickly, efficiently and was an utmost professional. He explained what to expect next and answered all my questions.

I tried to reach out to this company twice. Phone twice and left my information with representative and no response. I feel as if I'm racially profile due to my name. I will not recommend this business. Clearly they are racist.
