Always picks up on time, never any problems. They are very hard working. Their job can't be easy. Fighting traffic, school traffic, weather and working long hours after holidays. I dont complain if its a late pickup, those that do can always apply for a job to help. Js

I have been patiently waiting since Monday for the video from Waste Connections that allegedly shows fecal matter in my trash can. My trash has not been collected for two weeks, and I have yet to receive the video or picture supporting these claims. The representative on Monday indicated that there is footage of fecal matter being in or on top of my trash cans and said he would email it to me on March 3rd. I have not yet received the email or a return call.

When you ask them can they come back and pick it up because you forgot to put it on the curb or have to catch up on the payment. They will not do it even if they still in the neighborhood

You guys are going to lose a customer at the least, or have to change your entire routes just because one driver couldn't stop overstepping my boundaries and gets trespassed. Stay in your lane. This is private property and I will NOT tolerate your truck driver continuing to get out of his truck and stepping foot on my private property to examine and look through my dumpster, like he's looking for and hoping for an excuse to cause a problem. When I leave the lid open, he picks the dumpster up and tilts it towards himself so he can examine TRASH instead of just DUMPING IT!! This has been going on for 8 weeks!!! I've been watching out the window EVERY WEEK to MAKE SURE it wasn't just a coincidence. ENOUGH of your power trips. His job is to drive down this road...(which is also a private road, not a public access road, mind you)...dump my dumpster, set it back down and then see himself off my property from INSIDE HIS TRUCK. I will be ensuring the lid stays closed so there is no more of this examining my GARBAGE (are you kidding me?) because getting out to open the dumpster is now not an option. Stay off my property outside of being in that truck to work that metal arm or I will press the issue. That's what I pay for. I don't pay to have my privacy harassed by your crew. We put metal poles in there 2 MONTHS AGO, he left us a note and we knew that wasn't allowed afterwards. STOP BABYSITTING US. We're grown adults and can't STAND the power hungry government trying to tell us what to do so y'all are for DAMN SURE not going to control anything here! We know how to follow rules and the rule paper he left us was more than enough, THANK YOU!!! SO BACK OFF!!

I have been dealing with this company randomly skipping trash pick up for 3 months. They don't return my phone calls and can't consistently explain to me why they skip our trash. Before this my trash was picked up regularly, and I never had a problem at all. Now we have trash and no place to put it. I spend $200 bucks for 2 trash cans that are not even being emptied.

Save your self some time and go with BMW!

Absolutely awful, from people picking up your trash to the office. Total run around. Our bill went up twice as much, little fees for unnecessary things. Called BMW and gave me the BETTER service for 1/2 the price.

When trash pick up day would come, they would sometimes skip our home and when you did spend 30 min on the phone on a Monday since they are closed on the weekend since trash day was Friday, they would just say they would credit that week and idk how many weeks we got credit that we never seen. Eventually got tired off calling them to do their job. On days they would come they would leave our containers mid road and would have neighbors calling about how they picked up our containers from the road they just seen the worker purposely leave on the road.

On top of a lot of all the negative things from this company, finally decided to make a switch even if it cost me more, and to my surprise it was much less with less the hassle as well. They OWE ME A REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN SINCE DEC.22 AND IT IS NOW MARCH.23 AND STILL FIGHTING TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY THAT THE GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND.

After numerous years, we finally cancelled our service. Continual rate increases...admin fees, fuel fees, fees, fees, fees...when it came close to $175 a month, we said no more. NOW...trying to get them to come get their dumpster is a NIGHTMARE. Can't get anyone on the phone. Our normal pickup day is Thursday. They missed that last week. Didn't come get the dumpster on Friday. I just want it GONE from our property.
