If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! These people suck so bad! They do not care about their customers, nor do they care about your "call." Years and years and no one has ever answered the phone for "customer service" and they do not work with you. They are definitely trained to give you a hard time! I'm looking to move to a nearby area that these ingrates DON'T COVER!!! I never want to deal with these people again!!! Since 2005, terrible service and I'm SO sick of them!

I was trying just transfer my water service, and it was like 3 trips to my house to collect all the required papers, like if i was applying for U.S passport, also they have only 1 person to attend like 5 o 7 people in front of me, .. my husband ask for permission in her job to be late 1 hr. Guess what It's been almost 2 hrs and we still here, very very slow 🐌

Received no bill and at least 40 residents in the neighborhood didn’t receive a bill. Water gets disconnected. Paid immediately. They wouldn’t drop disconnected and reconnection fees of $70. Tried to talk to a Ms . McKinney regarding the situation and she just hung up on me saying there was nothing she could do. Nasty attitude.

Would be nice if people answered their phones. Especially military families overseas. I can’t get anyone to answer emails and all I want to do is set up auto pay so the city of WR stops charging me a disconnect fee when they never disconnected the water and to stop charging a late fee. Every other bill is on auto pay but the city cannot guide me on how to turn on auto pay for my account.

If I could I would RUN from this place! Between late fees and RANDOM cut off fees! They don’t offer any assistance! Your bill date CONSTANTLY changes! There’s never an answer to why! You’re paying 10% late fees, $35 7 day late fees, & $70 RECONNECT FEES! Worse place EVER ‼️

They keep shutting the water off with no warning. I can't go to work all gross with no shower. They also refuse to answer. I never had to worry about this stuff my entire life jntil i moved here.
