I spent nearly $2000.00 dollars purchasing a recliner/lift chair along with a basket and tray for my 92 year old mothers walker. They had a one size fits all tray and I specifically asked them if it would fit a Drive walker and they said it should. Well what I "Should" have asked is if the tray does not fit would you take it back....well needless to say after finding out it did not in fact work with her walker I took it back for a refund only to be told they would not give me a refund for the tray. Their attention to service is very poor and are only interested in making the sale. Will not go back.

I need equipment for post surgery recovery and went to Wallace. I was greeted when I entered, the woman up front provided excellent customer service, they fitted my equipment adjusting the size/fit for me & reversed the wheels so I could navigate narrow doorways. Quick & efficient, I had a positive experience.

What a ripoff saw the store while in SLO and stopped, went in to check the store out and pickup anything I needed. After spending a considerable amount of time looking I purchased a set of lifts then when I got home I looked to see how much I was charged it was 36.00 including tax I looked them up on the web and saw that same exact item for 12.00. they charged me 3 times as much for the same item. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. To screw someone in a wheelchair as bad as they did, it's just pathetic.

We were staying in the SLO area, and my wife's power chair developed a charge problem the last day there. Natalie at Wallace Home Medical Supplies was extremely helpful and kind. She really saved our last day down there. We will patronise Wallace Home Medical whenever we're in the area.

My mom has difficulty getting around, so Kristina came out to the car in the summer heat to talk with my mom, get her measurements and even brought out options for her to approve.
