If I could give zero stars I would. It's difficult to pay, rates are high, and the water is constantly going out in leaks that aren't fixed for 16+ hours. The water quality is also not great, which is kind of wild given the amount we pay for water. Prices were more than doubled a few years ago and creep up every year for vague promises of improvements to the lines and water processing. I'm not seeing any improvements... if anything, it's getting worse.

The water quality in Walker County Georgia is absolutely HORRIBLE, and to make matters worse, it typically shuts off once a month, sometimes more. It's been off twice this month, and this second time around, it's been over 12 hours and potentially much more time. They said "We don't know when to anticipate it to come back on" for this 2nd time around.
To add more pains to the water problems, there is also an "unknown amount of possible lead" in the water lines as well, and their solution to that is to send us a letter basically giving us a few tips, and nothing more.

They need to FIX the water issues we have in the county instead of building large spec-home neighborhoods with hundreds of houses. How do they expect to efficiently get everyone water when they can't take care of who has been residing in the county Let's not forget to mention the problems of back pressure, leaks, and other issues caused from the failure of the county's efforts. They definitely do not and will not help on repairs stemming from the county's water issues!

As a property taxpayer of this county, how about instead of raising our property taxes every year, all while voting for a SPLOST tax yesterday (3-18-25), the county government needs to GET BACK TO THE BASICS and represent its taxpayers in a more efficient manner!

FIRE THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR WATER PROBLEMS AND GET OUT TO VOTE BETTER LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN!!!

STOP RAISING OUR TAXES AND DO BETTER WALKER COUNTY!!!

MAKE WALKER COUNTY WATER GREAT AGAIN!!!

Our entire community is out of water for the last 15-16 hours and no resolution yet. I never had such a terrible experience anywhere I lived in this country. Horrible experience.
They are not even able to find where the leak is. Are they going pay for the cans of water we bought from the stores?

Fair price good quality water. Bill is difficult to pay, either mail (they don't include a return address envelope) pay online with a fee, or go in person. They usually only mail the bill a week in advance.

This water company is terrible., My water bill went from a normal water bill to triple the amount in a matter of months. We did everything they ask us to do. We don't have a water leak. They cant give us a straight answer to why our bill jumped so high just like that. The sad part is, We have to have water. Theres nothing we can do, and They know it. I have talked to several other customers that are having the same problem as we are. They too are being blamed for using 34,000 to 36,000 gallons of water a month which is unheard of. just ridiculous.

WCWSA is trying to improve, and the people are generally nice, but they have archaic billing, high rates, & their "leak protection program" is a joke. They don't bother with repair of the streets they tear up.

I wish I could give zero Stars Walker county raises our taxes every 2 months they charge us a sure charge on our water bill for nothing then they turn our water off at least two times a month we live at the top of a ridge so when they turn it back on it blows the toilet lids off the back of the toilets and blows all the calcium up to the top to our house the worst frigging water I have ever had in my life I don't know what the hell these people are doing with all the money that they're getting from the extra taxes they're charging but they need to fix the people's existing pipes this is a joke how can you build so many subdivisions and supply them with brand new water lines but you can't fix the ones that already exist or you can't fix your water treatment plant I don't know who the hell is running the show down there but they need to get fired I'd really like to know who gave them five stars that's definitely a joke

I'm incredibly frustrated with the high rates and confusing fee structure of this property. Their online payment portal, mygovhub, is a disaster. Even with proof of payment, they delay posting the payment for 10-15 days. This is completely unacceptable.
