Your experience will be incredible!
First, these folks have the best price of anyone online. Second, their staff (Meredith) walked us through options and an alternative unit, making certain what we wanted was actually what we needed. Third, the 6-8 week waiting period was only four weeks. A major positive when the alternative is a generator. Lastly, folks at Voltaico kept us abreast of production, shipping, and never let us down on anything.
The units are quite heavy at 129kg (almost 285 lb), and required equipment to move down our ¼mi driveway. Once near house though, the last 15m were an easy slide even for a couple in their 70's.
These 2-YS-31P's will be replacing some rather old 2-KS-33P's. Looking forward to another decade plus of reliable and robust storage.

I was looking for Briggs & Stratton Ampliphi batteries & first looked at a dealer in Flagstaff AZ since I have purchased from them previously. They didn't have any in stock. I found Voltaico in Sacramento CA, another Briggs and Stratton dealer. They were out as well but Meredith assured me that they could get them direct shipped to our home in Northern Nevada. She sent me a quote promptly and I called and ordered the batteries. Meredith sent the order to Briggs and Stratton in Oxnard, CA and they were shipped the same day and arrived in Reno the next day. They were delivered today.
All in all, an exceptional purchasing experience from Voltaico, thanks to Meredith. She did a fine job. Highly recommended!
PS The Briggs and Stratton batteries (Ampliphi) were packed very well and everything came through without incident.

I spent a considerable amount of time looking for a vendor for my 4-L16 boat batteries. I kept coming across Webo Solar and their price was extremely competitive. I used their website to evaluate my needs and found it very easy to compare products.
When I placed my order, I checked on delivery time and they were very honest about the backorder and that my order would be following the current batch of orders. I was given an approximate delivery time and the batteries arrived prior to my expectation.
I am very satisfied with the price and the service I received.

After contacting a bigger company twice and not hearing from them at all, I took a gamble on WeboSolar. Worth it! The customer service far exceeded my expectations! A couple items were cheaper on the competitors site and Pedro price matched them for me. Their shipping was far cheaper as well.

I think a lot of people expect Amazon shipping speeds, but that is unrealistic. I ordered 750 lbs of stuff shipped half way across the country and it took about two weeks. The whole time Webo was in communication with me with very clear expectations of when I should receive my order.

After the transaction they reached out to me and made sure everything was accounted for and that I was satisfied with my order.

I’m not sure what happened with the other people here, and maybe Webo has changed their customer service policy, but as of Sept 2018, their customer service is unsurpassed!

Pedro and his team helped us design and source our self-installed 3300W rooftop system. They handled all the tricky stuff we needed to take to the city to get permits, they were available to consult during the installation and checked in with us after to make sure everything was up and running. Self-install was easy (~10 hours of labor) and we ended up paying a third of what the cheapest contractor wanted for the same system. Whoooot!!
