I had the pleasure of work with Voltaic Solaire to install solar panels on my home, From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team had professionalism, expertise, and they have great customer care.

The sales team rep was great and he took the time to explain everything to me and the voltaic team took the time to answer to my concerns. The installation crew was efficient, courteous, and left my property spotless.

The solar panels have been operating for a few months now, and I've already seen a significant reduction in my energy bills. The monitoring system is user-friendly, and I love watching my energy production increase daily!

Esta es la peor compañía que existe, es horrible. Esta compañía me mintió descaradamente con cuentos que superan la realidad. Llamo no me contestan las llamada mi sistema no está funcionando, llamo para quejarme y nada . Ahora estoy pagando un préstamo por los paneles y también estoy pagan a PSE&G por luz un total de 800 dólares al mes . Ya estoy en manos de abogados , pero les recomiendo nunca caer con estas personas . Cuidado !!!

Good Afternoon, We agreed to have solar panes installed by VOLTAIC SOLAIRE back in Novenber of last year. They made us so many promises, Government incentives, bonuses for first time users, etc. After we signed, the nightmare started! I dont recomend this company. They stated I would not get any electric bills but I'm having issues with my electric bill i switch to solar with this company i still getting my electric bills plus the loan for the solar .. they told me they are giving to me a bonus i never receive any bonus .. plus when i call the customer service they dont give me misinformation or the run around. the original salesperson was fired, We've been in contact with santiago and he wasn’t been helpful or honest at all . Spoke to another solar rep stated he would make evry attemp to resolve our issue, still waiting for a resolution! Very sad how they take advantage of people

My experience Voltaic Solaire was great. I was initially very skeptical about the whole process. I wasn't familiar with solar panels and the different steps that comes along with it. From the very beginning everything was thoroughly explained to me and was provided the necessary assistance to file for permits and fill out online forms. Angela who is a Customer Support Associate has been awesome through the whole process. She directed me through the entire everything from roof inspection, panel installation, and electrical connection. She continues to touch base regarding the end process as well. This has been a painless process and I'm so thankful that I had Voltaic Solaire. This is a new chapter I'm very excited to move towards. Thank you so much!
