Local drivers are nice, but the inside accounting and sales group are not helpful. Long contracts, lots of fine print, poor disclosure, lots of EXTRA fees and my sales guy doesn't even work there anymore. Don't make the mistake I did - choose a diff company.
Terrible communication and incorrect billing. I cancelled the contract due to their inability to charge/bill accurately. They came and removed my shred bins in May and are invoicing me $200 for June.
