Vital Energy Solutions was fantastic from our first inquiry about obtaining solar for our home to the final sign off. Everyone we encountered along the way was very professional, informative, and efficient. The process started with Philip M who came out to design a system for us, explain every aspect and option of the system, answer all our questions, and give us a quote. Once we had a system design and committed to the quote, we were handed over to Frankie F who was our project coordinator. Frankie was very professional and gave us every piece of information we needed along the way. He worked with us to coordinate every visit and really held our hands all along the way. We also had interactions with the finance team and everyone there was also very helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with our system and exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Vital Energy Solutions. We would highly recommend their service for all your solar needs.

Vital Energy Rocks!

We looked at many options to switch to solar but in the end, our decision to work with Vital Energy was one of the best we’ve made in a very long time. While PG&E threw up roadblocks and delays multiple times, the Vital Energy team was by our side every day; even honoring the pricing on the contract after PG&E suggested up to an 18-month delay.

Jordan, our salesperson, was more of an educator with an outcome than anything else. His knowledge, experience, and recommendations made the process of finalizing our project as easy as you can get. Dre, our project manager, was the person behind the scenes keeping everything on track. Her diligence, responsiveness, and creative problem-solving skills were both refreshing and extremely productive. Skyler, the field manager for our installation, was quite frankly the best field person I’ve ever worked with. He ran the team with clear discipline and a great attitude so everyone, including me, knew what was expected, how it was going to work, then taught me what I needed, and then followed up several times to ensure the system was functioning as he said it would.

I mention these individuals specifically because this was the second largest check I wrote on my house other than my down payment. Other companies would say thanks for the money, get in line, sorry PG&E sucks. The Vital Energy team is the opposite. Not once did I get this sense that I was in this alone. A true partner for any consumer looking to switch.
