Good for delivering blue barrels of glass sealant. But it was hard to find a receiving office, so it's on the north-west corner of the building, across railroad tracks, by the door 88. Shipping is on the west side, close to 24th Ave and 4th St. Fast unloading, friendly people.

Avoid this place, waited 7 hours, America transport Group didn't pay any detention, because they start paying only after the driver bumps into the dock. Waste of time.

Avoid this place if you can. They don’t work here. Waiting to get loaded more than 10 hours this is a joke. We all trying to bring the food to our table, especially in this situation it’s difficult. No one pays for your waiting time. Not worth it. Doesn’t make sense sitting here 20 hours. Don’t come

No respect for truck drivers time or effort to deliver here. 3 hrs so far and they still haven’t started to unload truck. No explanation haven’t seen anyone sitting here in the dock. It’s about time to get all ugly about it.
After reading reviews it seems to be the exact same issue for drivers for years here. That clearly says they just don’t care. Drivers if you can do yourself a favor refuse loads coming here.

If you’re using a broker, make sure the issue of retention pay for a minimum 8 hours loading a flat deck is worked into the rate. They are slow AF! Multiple loading sites in a one mile radius, shipping office was difficult to even find as there was no proper signage & it was a maze inside to reach it. The only good thing was that the main complex was within a half hour walk to a couple restaurants
