We had an amazing experience working with the team at Vinyasun and could not be happier with our Sunpower solar panels and Tesla Powerwall battery back-up system! The entire process was stress and hassle-free from start to finish, and Vinyasun exceeded my very high expectations in every facet of the project. I was referred to Vinyasun by a neighbor who had recently completed his own solar project, and from my first conversation with Justin Hoysradt, founder and CEO, I knew he was the type of hands-on business owner I wanted to do business with. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable, patient, responsive and understanding of my desire to take some time to complete the proper due diligence. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a hasty decision, and to his credit, Justin never attempted to utilize any traditional (and often sleazy) sales tactics employed by other companies in this space.

I came into the process not knowing much about solar panels or back-up batteries for the home, and am so grateful to Justin and his team at Vinyasun for all of the hand-holding they did with me from start to finish so that I would come away feeling like an educated consumer and satisfied customer. To validate everything Justin was telling me, I did a lot of my own research on solar panels, and while they may look alike, they are not all the same. Vinyasun happens to be an authorized dealer/installer of Sunpower solar panels, which offer the most efficient, best performing panels backed by an industry-leading, comprehensive warranty. Tesla Powerwalls have already proven to be the perfect complement to the Sunpower solar system, eliminating the need for a conventional gas-powered generator. These systems work in concert to provide a seamless power supply during the daylight and overnight hours, all while reducing our reliance on the FPL grid. And unlike a conventional generator, there are no ongoing maintenance or operating costs with the solar system/Tesla Powerwall combination, and we will enjoy the same benefits and peace of mind with an eventual return on our investment over time.

I also need to give a shout-out to Sarah, who did a fantastic job managing the project from the initial contract, permitting, installation all the way through to our final inspection. She contacted me every week (as she committed to doing), and the few times she could not answer a question I had, she got back to me in a timely manner with the information I was inquiring about.

The installation team also deserves a lot of credit for enduring unseasonably warm South Florida December temperatures while very carefully placing 70 Sunpower 400w panels on our roof, and 6 Tesla Powerwalls in our garage. These guys were very respectful of our home and property, leaving it cleaner than they found it!

My wife and I are so thrilled about making a greener choice when it came to our everyday and back-up energy needs, and even more thrilled about our choice to work with Justin and his team of passionate professionals at Vinyasun. They went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed on-time with absolutely no surprises along the way. Justin promised a painless turn-key process, and Vinyasun absolutely delivered on that commitment! Floridians are just starting to embrace the benefits of solar energy here in the Sunshine State, and I am very happy to be an early adopter. The future is certainly "bright" for the solar industry, and if you are seriously considering this clean energy alternative for your home, I would highly recommend working with Vinyasun.

Reached out to the company about an issue with my inverter not connecting via the internet. They called and asked when they could come by to take a look. Within 15 minutes they had reprogrammed my inverter to connect to the OEM and was able to get me my new firmware updates and get my system operating at 100%. Amazing team.

This company is the real McCoy! After working very hard to get me the very best financing for my BEAUTIFUL SunPower 400 panels, they went up in just a few days and the crew was EXCEPTIONAL, with absolutely nothing showing but these gorgeous high tech OFF GRID power panels, as they carried on what I had already experienced all along with their main office and my primary contact Andy Marchion. Absolutely stellar service and the final out come is GORGEOUS....I can't wait to FLIP THE SWITCH! Everyone at Vinyasun we easy to work with, efficient, professional and polite. I literally barely had to lift a finger, and now have a very nice tax credit headed my way.

I picked Vinyasun because of all the companies I researched they seemed like the most knowledgeable, They also had a 20 year warranty and they would monitor my system. It worked good for several months and then my electric bills started getting higher. I contacted Justin Hoysradt about the problem several times but he ignored me. After several years of complaining he finally did something to fix the problem but it is still not right. Other people in the area are paying around $40 a month for electric and I am paying $130. Justin is again ignoring my complaints. The customer service in this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I paid $45,000 for my system and feel I have been totally scammed. I also had to have my plummer look at the water heater Justin sold me because it just did not do the job. I was told that the water heater they sold me was not suitable for my needs and it was not installed properly. They reinstalled it and it works much better now.

We have had Vinyasun’s system for 7 years and has worked well the entire time. We have not any problems with it producing well. The Vinyasun installers were a friendly, efficient crew and the company is always available to answer any questions. We originally chose Vinyasun by visiting a local home installation and got raving reviews. They earn ours.

They finally did honor their contract. It took them nearly 2 years but eventually they did replace my panels on the roof and they have been consistent with communication since then. Therefore, I am editing my stars from 1 star to 3 stars.

Do NOT use this company. They are dishonest and will not uphold their agreement with you. This company has avoided my calls and not responded to my emails since May of 2021. They installed solar panels on my roof in 2018. We knew at the time that we would need our roof replaced in the next couple of years. Therefore, written into our contract was one uninstall and reinstall. Well last January 2021, we had them remove the solar panels so that we can get our roof replaced. They put them into our garage. Since May 2021, we have attempted to get our panels reinstalled on our roof. At first, they would make excuses as to why they were unable to get out to us. After a few months of excuses, they now just don’t answer emails or calls. In December, I went by their office space and begged them to reinstall . They lady, Victoria, promised me she would speak to the owner, Justin and get back to me. She never got back to me. I have called and emailed numerous time per week. Now, over a year since they were taken off our roof, they are still not reinstalled. Terrible customer service and dishonest. It is part of our contractual agreement but they refuse to honor it.
