It has the potential to be a nice apartment complex. Management does a horrible job in keeping it clean. Leaks on outer part of property remain unfixed for months. Overall below average.

Very quiet, clean apartment complex with a mix of young retirees and young community transitional professionals. I have minor issues with a lack of sound proofing in-between floors and external power receptacles needing upkeep. Property Management team seams understaffed, undertrained and almost indifferent to the potential clientele. That is in my experience, however overall I feel safe and comfortable and everybody is friendly but cordial. Thanks for listening.
