Unsure where all the poor reviews are coming from, because we had a great experience here.

Went in with the intention to add a line and buy a new phone for my Dad and we were out within a little over an hour with everything we needed.

We walked in, started looking around…only one associate was on the floor at the time but as soon as us and a couple more customers walked in they brought our more help. I was pleasantly surprised that they kept in mind who entered the store first, and we were greeted accordingly to who was “first in line”.

We had help from Corey, and he was AMAZING! I asked him right from the start if they were familiar with brining a phone number from TracPhone/StraightTalk to a regular Verizon plan..because everything online I read looked complicated. He said he was familiar, and he was right!

Corey explained everything so well, he was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Even while he was busy getting some stuff set up for me, he answered the store phone and very respectfully asked if they would be able to call back in 10 minutes so someone would be able to assist them, as everyone was busy with in-store clients.

This place was great! Don’t let the reviews fool you!

And to those with ill fitting reviews….come on…they can’t always fix EVERYTHING broken on your phone..

Not too pleased with the service at this location, I literally witnessed an elderly man needing help with his phone service, and they just said call a number, and wouldn’t help him. Then when he left they made fun of him and was pointing and laughing at him when he walked out. I just left it’s not cool or professional doing that. But I guarantee if he wanted to purchase $1,000 phone they would of assisted him…

Went to purchase a new phone and pay cash. The lady was not interested in what I wanted. She was interested in making me pay for additional services I was not interested in. Jazmine gave me a quote and my bill would be over $100 more per month. Said she had to give this quote or she could lose her job. I suggest you find another job. Verizon, shame on you for forcing high pressure sales.

Staff wouldn't help me pay my bill, just told me to call some number and figure it out. Made me feel stupid and make fun of me

People here are world it takes them an hour and a half to two hours with one customer and they spend more their time talking to each other then they do customers

I'm a new verizon customer and was having issues with my brand new phone. After talking to customer support on the phone they insured that my phone was covered by the manufacturer warranty and that I could return the phone or go this store in ft payne to replace it. I went into the store and the older gentleman was very rude. I began telling him what was going on and he interrupted me saying that the issue was my fault and they wouldn't replace it. I tried to explain that I spoke to customer service where he said they tell people all this time you should take them up on the offer to mail it back. He never pulled my account up, he was just extremely rude and seemed to be trying to get me out of there. He didn't want to do his job. So I will be switching back to my precious carrier after a month of having service with these people.

Wait time can be a little long.. but once your waited on you'll see that they go through great deal to help you out (in my experience)
