Have been with Verde for over a year. Their contracted rates have been extremely good and their bonuses and contests are very generous. Definitely worth checking out and comparing with your existing supplier.

I have no problem with their service but the so called rewards are a sham. When I try to retrieve the promised gift card they have block it every time. Calling them does no good because they do not follow through with what they say. Liars on more than 3 phone calls. Now they have blocked my from opening the web site citing I enter the wrong phone number. I only have one phone. So they must of changed it. They promised a $200.00 gift card. Sham. I will have to drop their service. I have no other choice.

Good rates but the company reps and website lie about start dates. The website shows you rates for first time customers but that rate changes to higher if you’re renewing. My original contract was set to expire Oct 24. I signed up to renew and was told by a rep on the phone that the new rate doesn’t start until old one expires, but just saw new rate starts today, the date I renewed. That’s not nice. That’s deceptive.

Love rewards and entering contests. Won a 10.00 lunch reward and 250.00 dollar visa card. Christine was assigned when I needed help and she was very helpful. Coupons are also good.

I signed up with Verde in October of last year and immediately started saving on my energy supply rate. There was very little I personally had to do to switch suppliers and start saving money. They've also been a very communicative company and great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible company.
As with almost every 3rd Party Provider, they are an absolute rip off once your initial contract period ends.
30 days after contract was up, they were almost equal to my local provider.
60 days after contract ended, they more than doubled my rate.
I have over 800 credit score and never late on payments.

Absolute clowns and crooks.
Avoid this company like the plague
