Venture Contracting just finished building our beautiful home. This is our 4th home with Venture Contracting. I can not say enough about Phillip and his team. This is a very trustworthy organization from the top down. As an out of state builder, I zero concerns on the progress of the build and know I am in good hands. The quality of the work is also superior from all trades from start to finish. If there is ever an issue they are quick to respond, even after the build is complete. I cannot recommend Venture Contracting enough! They were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and the owner took the time to explain every step to me along the way. There were no hidden expenses and they were very upfront about the work that would be done. We set a start date and the crew showed up on time, everyday and worked like crazy to get the project completed. They took great care to clean up constantly, were mindful of our neighbors and staying clear of right of ways. For reference, we had a very large retaining wall built (that was located in an area not easily accessible) and our driveway removed and repaved. We will absolutely be calling them in the future and recommend that you do as well!
