We got solar from this guy and he added a new HVAC system into the cost. He promised to pay the hvac company when he got paid and then he completely ghosted me and my husband and the hvac company. Now we owe a bill that includes the hvac. We ended up paying the hvac system out of our own pocket but we still owe a solar bill that includes the solar and hvac payment. If you can avoid these guys I would recommend doing so. Carlos Carrasco is a scam artists. Please save yourself the hassle and go with another company.

Valor has been wonderful to work with from the very beginning all the way through the installation and inspection. They answered all my questions and made the process as easy as possible. If you’re considering going solar and saving money just give them a call you won’t regret it.
