Matt and company were able to stop by for an emergency call as we noticed some water damage in our basement, which they uncovered to be worse than expected. Matt was very knowledgeable, informative and had great communication throughout the whole process as we are new home owners. He also gave us advice on other aspects of our home. Luckily he was also very accommodating with scheduling as it was a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend Matt and his team!

Matt with Utopia Restoration was very easy to deal with, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative as to the scope of the job. He communicated every step of the job as it went through the process and was very conscious to keep the cost as low as possible for us, as we were not using an insurance claim. My job was a sewage cleanup, where my sewage line backed up into the whole basement. Matt’s team was very careful with lots of stored items and did a great job to take care with things that we were keeping. I definitely recommend this company, especially if you are not filing an insurance claim. The larger companies quoted me much higher than what we were able to get it done for with Utopia.

Matt was just the best. We had a very high stress situation, and he really helped us through. What we especially appreciated was his excellent communication. He kept us and our tenant completely informed of progress and projected time frame. His work was thorough, and he was on the job every day of the week. He explained everything clearly.
