If I could give negative stars to this company, I would. Stay away from them at all costs - dishonest sales tactics, dishonest service. They will come to your door and attempt to strongarm you into switching to them as an energy provider. Do not entertain them or their sales pitch.

Door to door salesman claimed to be with Duke Energy saying that it was mandatory that I show him my latest billing invoice. Aggressive sales tactics trying to force me to sign up on the spot or else he wouldn’t leave. SCAM!

100% scam employee Tyler Jackson (main office told me they don’t know who I’m talking about) forged my signature and faked paperwork to make me switch.

The WORST. They try to get you for $150 cancellation fee, after they give false hopes of a better service. Do NOT recommend and they suppliers come back after you even sign with them. Very pushy

Nothing but good things to say. Their customer service is the greatest I've dealt with in a utilities company. I only contacted them a total of 3 times with questions about switching suppliers and don't remember ever waiting on hold. The rep(s) I spoke with were always very friendly and knowledgeable. The company also gives you plenty of notice (about 45 days) when your contract is about to expire, and contact you in several ways about this (we received a letter and an email). Never had any issues with them and their billing; if they're offering the best rate you can find, I wouldn't hesitate to sign. I highly recommend.
