Getting there was easy, and the parking lot had plenty of space. Leonor, along with the other staff members, was very accommodating. They even wished me good luck. The procedures were strict, as expected at a testing center—just follow the instructions, and you'll be fine.

I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your test to avoid feeling rushed and to allow time for a restroom break.

Everyone is really nice, I just wish it was quiet like normal testing centers are. I can hear alarms and phone calls on high volume from their desks. I understand talking, but I just wish it was more sound proof because all of the noise was very distracting.

A fantastic experience which helped me score higher than expected in my exam (Pearson VUE).
The security person (who is the director filling in) was so friendly and thorough.
Then, the staff in the exam area were very friendly and considerate.
Lastly, they went "all in" and decorated the place so nicely and played relaxing background music to help us relax before the exam.
Highly recommended. A memorable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of USF Testing Services for my real estate exam, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.

Very clean and quiet, the staff were very professional. They wiped down everything, made sure the people who came to take tests were social distancing and provided plastic bags for their belongings and gloves for cleanliness. There are also small lockers to store your belongings in. The temperature indoors was comfortable, too, probably around 75° F.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use this testing center. I showed up 35 minutes prior to a CompTIA test at the testing center. They now keep all exterior doors locked with a “wait here” sign at the entry. I waited for almost ten minutes and no one came to the door, having tested previously at the center, I walked around to another entrance only to find another “await here” sign, and the lady oepened the door and immediately said I was impatient and I just had to wait. Then it took her another 12 minutes to check my ID, ensure I had no personal belongings before I was let into the testing center. By the time I was officially checked in, I only had two minutes prior to my testing time… all told it took them 24 minutes to check me in, had I not shown up early, per PearsonVues own rules, I could have NOT been allowed to take my test. To add insult to injury, my ID and glasses were checked again a second time, so then what was the point of having me wait, for the first person to check my ID and verify all of that only to have it happen yet again. After all of this I let my proctor know: “I will NEVER utilize this testing center again” I told her the same story above and she had nothing to say. STAY AWAY, you have been warned. Security is one thing, possibly being the reason someone is not allowed because of their stringent rules is patently absurd. Shame on you USF for allowing these draconian measures to possibly cause people to not be allowed to take their certification tests.

I had a good experience at this testing center. The staff are friendly & very helpful. I traveled a few hours to this center but it was worth the trip, would definitely recommend to colleagues.

Tested here today. Excellent service, the proctors were all very polite and professional. I arrived, went through the pre checks and then went straight to a proctor to be checked in.

Centre was clean, quiet and not too cold.

I tested at prometrix before and this was so much nicer and smoother, will certainly be coming back here in future.
