Sales Reps are very nice. However, there is a failure of communication from them. They called to tell me that the job would take 2 to 3 hours. The day before the install, they called and said 3 to 5 hours. These people have been here for a full 8 hours. I thought maybe they didn't know much English, so i called customer care. Thought they would reach out to find out how much longer. But they just said nothing they can do. I asked the guys, they said an hour. So I called customer service to ask them to make sure they tell their future customers that it COULD be 3 to 10 hours because someone HAS to be there while they do the work, the whole time. When I hung up, the guys said they are done. This was just after they said an hour, so now I feel like they just wanna leave and something isn't done right. I'm not liking this at all. No comfort or communication offered other than the sale and the start of each phase of the project. Just be prepared to be IN YOUR HOME and present the entire 8 hours they are there. Hoping to save you some grief.

Miguel walked up to me in 2018 while I was outside working outside was genuine and knowledgeable and trustworthy that I was comfortable to go solar. I felt it was sin to not take advantage of solar with all the sun here in Florida. I always thought solar was reserved for people with higher income and this program made it affordable and i haven't regretted it a single day . 6 years later my electric bill is $26

Going Solar was my best investment in my whole life! I just love seeing my electric bill come in and it is never more than $25 with my a/c running 24/7, running my whole house! I know if if i didn't go solar 5 years ago I would be paying $500+ with the inflation of my previous $300 bill (I pay $120 for my system a month).
I have had no problems, no issues and Highly recommend everyone to go solar with US SOLAR!

It's all good until you need a roof—$ 6800 to remove the panels for the roofer. I'm highly disappointed they would install solar panels on a 20-year-old roof. The roof was installed in 2002, and the solar panels in late 2021. They gave me a quote for a new roof @ $28,000 for a 1,100 sq ft house. That’s over $2,000 per square. I do not recommend this company.

DON'T DO IT... I REPEAT... ? DON'T DO IT!!!
THEY ALL ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS... THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET THAT SELL.

IM STUCK PAYING A HIGH LIGHT BILL, AND THE COST FOR THE PANELS.

AND TO PUT ICING ON THE CAKE WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT IT... THEY TRIED TO SELL/RENT ME 31 ADDITIONAL PANELS... THAT'S ON TOP OF MY CURRENT 21 PANELS... AND THEY WANTED TO PUT THEM IN A "BETTER LOCATION."

SO THAT TELLS ME THEY NEVER SOLD ME ENOUGH PANELS TO BEGIN WITH? NOR DID THEY PUT THEM IN THE RIGHT SPOT... AND THAT THEY NEVER SOLD ME ENOUGH PANELS TO PRODUCE THE NEEDS OF MY HOME TO BEGIN WITH... AND THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE!!!

AND TO PUT THE DECORATIONS ON THE CAKE THESE LIARS WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $42K... THAT $72K FOR SOME DARN SOLAR PANELS... I THINK NOT... THEY MUST BE OUT OF THEIR FREAKING MINDS?

They told me I would get 11 thousand dollars but never received it. They also told me I would pay 10 or 15 dollars for fpl, but now I am paying between 100 and 140. They increased the monthly payment because I never received the 11 thousand. Can anyone help me see to get this situated, please

I’ve had my solar system for 2 years. All I pay is a connection fee of $35.00 a month to the electric company. When I had to reroof, their solar removal and reattachment was way cheaper than anyone else I called.

We have had the US Solar panels up for 2 yrs now. My power bill is now 45 a month. Big relief on the pocketbook.
