This is our 2nd time using this company. Due to the Hurricane and a 100 ft tree we had to replace everything. It took a bit to get the materials understandably. Don and Johnny were very great to deal with. The two men they sent here. Eric and his helper did a fantastic job. Eric even noticed how they could booster the power a little more. Eric knew his job excellent. We were very impressed. Highly recommend this company.

This could easily be a 5 star review, because the installer was outstanding and the product, although we just got it, I believe will be excellent. The problem with this company is communications. The owner Don is very communicative at first, until he gets his first payment for 1/2 the price, and then proceeded to ghost us for over 5 weeks. We actually began to worry that he wouldn't do the job. Fortunately, after many, many attempts, we got through, they sent the excellent installer out, and we got it done. But it would be so nice if this company just communicated. An easy fix.

I knew I needed a generator after Helene so I acted quickly when I saw a positive review for US Energy Solutions and called for an appointment. I'm so glad I did! I'm now the happy owner of a generac generator! The sales and installation process was smooth. Everybody I interacted with was highly professional (install guys were amazing!), highly attentive to detail and was focused on me being happy. And I am! Thank you, US Energy Solutions.

UPDATE 1/27/25: We received a call from owner, Don who sincerely apologized for the lack of response. He said since the increased demand after the hurricane he has hired new help that were not up to speed. He is sending someone out tomorrow to maintain our generator, and at a reduced rate.

We purchased a generator from you 4 years ago and it requires annual maintenance. Since the beginning of January I have called 3 times because our generator has a yellow light and is in need of maintenance. NO ONE I spoke to was able to schedule a service appointment but promised a call back. As of today there has been no call and no scheduled appointment. We are very disappointed in the lack of response.

While installing a walk-in shower the worker inadvertently cut into an electrical wire. They called J.C. with US Energy Solutions. He was on site within two hours to make repairs. Was very efficient, professional and cleaned up work area. We were very impressed. Highly recommend.
