I had a pipe leak and was unable to access a water shut off valve. Ryan from Urban Design came out and fixed my problem as well as went the extra mile to show me where everything was located and solutions to future problems he forseen in the future. Hands down a great experience in helping ease my worries. Hot showers are the best.. thanks for getting it done so quickly.

Ultra professional techs. They know their solar and electric. Caitlin, Meghan , and Natalie are tops in the office. They use solar panels for conference tables in their office. Gotta love it. Elio crawled all over my three structures to propose a solution. I have booked them to service both mine and my son’s 22 KW generators. My experience was stellar.

Kayla, at Urban Design was a fantastic communicator and services representative from start to finish. Butch, who was our service engineer came out today (right on time) to access our generator and tune it up. He was just awesome!

Urban Design saved our butts when the power went off. Butch, the service man, was professional and was great to work with, and the office could not have been more helpful. Even with the computer outage (happened while we were waiting for our Generator service) they stayed in touch and walked us thru until they could get here. Great company

Excellent service and communication, and finished my solar install ahead of schedule. My only gripe is I still don't understand why they painted the exposed conduit on the roof as part of the deal, but wanted to charge me extra to paint the same conduit on the side of the house, even though I supplied the paint. It took awhile for PGE to do their part as for the connection, but that is on PGE.
